This website is operated by OmniStyl, a semi-precious jewelry brand specialising in pearls, sterling silver, brass, stainless steel, gemstones, and moissanite. The OmniStyl logo and all associated branding are the exclusive property of OmniStyl.


2. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area: OmniStyl ships exclusively within India.

  • Delivery Time: Orders typically take 3 to 14 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Courier Partners: We use various courier agents through the Shiprocket platform to deliver your packages.

  • Order Preparation: Orders are prepared within 3 working days, depending on stock availability.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Returns for reasons such as a change of mind or exchanges of products are not allowed.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory to validate claims. OmniStyl reserves the right to assess and resolve such issues.


4. Disclaimers of Warranties & Product Liability

  • No Warranties: OmniStyl does not provide warranties or guarantees on merchandise. However, we adhere to strict internal quality checks for all products.

  • Product Descriptions: We ensure detailed and researched descriptions for all our products. However, slight variations in colour, dimensions, or appearance may occur compared to the images displayed on the website.

  • Limitation of Liability: OmniStyl is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.

  • Error Corrections: OmniStyl reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product descriptions, even after an order has been submitted.


6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. However, orders paid for with gift cards can be placed if you are at least 16 years old. In addition, you must also have a valid email address and a delivery address in India.

  • OmniStyl reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

  • Orders may be limited or cancelled if they appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or if they use the same billing and/or shipping address as a dealer, reseller or distributor.

  • In case of changes or cancellations, OmniStyl will notify you via email, billing address, or phone.
