While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information and photographs are accurate, slight variations in colour, appearance, dimensions or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the nature of individual products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on the OmniStyl website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used for the purchase.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

OmniStyl reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product availability without prior notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information displayed on the website is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing or information error, OmniStyl reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order with appropriate communication to the customer.

6. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by OmniStyl.

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

OmniStyl reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the order involves fraudulent activity, unauthorised use of payment information, resale activity or a violation of these Terms.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Shipping

OmniStyl currently ships only within India.

A shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1000. Orders of ₹1000 and above qualify for free shipping.

Delivery timelines and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

OmniStyl offers a 3-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are required to comply with the applicable return conditions and provide an unboxing video and photographs where requested for verification of damaged, missing or incorrect items.

10. 3-Month Plating Guarantee

Eligible plated jewellery products are covered by a 3-month plating guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and exclusions stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

The guarantee does not cover physical damage, misuse, improper care, chemical exposure or other excluded circumstances.

11. Jewellery Care

To maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, lotions, sanitizers, chlorine, detergents and other chemicals.

We also recommend removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or engaging in activities involving prolonged exposure to water or moisture.

Store jewellery in a clean, dry place when not in use.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the OmniStyl website, including but not limited to product photographs, images, text, graphics, logos, branding, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to OmniStyl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from OmniStyl.

13. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or use the website in a manner that could harm OmniStyl or other users.
